Bronchodilator with powerful spasmolytic effect. For treatment Bronchial obstruction by e.g. Chronic obstructive bronchitis and bronchial asthma. The bronchodilation after inhalation of ipratropium bromide is local and specific to the lungs and not of a systemic nature

HOW TO USE

1 vial of Atrovent 250 µg/1mL UDV, diluted to 2-3 mL with normal saline and nebulised until the entire volume of solution is inhaled, 4 times daily. Depending on your condition and specific needs, your doctor may advise you to take a different dose

SIDE EFFECT

Dry mouth, urinary retention, buccal ulceration, paralytic ileus, headache, nausea, constipation, paradoxical bronchospasm, immediate hypersensitivity reactions
