Directions for Use:

1. Wash your skin and hands with clean water.
2. Sit in a squatting position.
3. Open the cap.
4. Take 2-3 gms of gel on your fingertip.
5. Apply the gel with your fingertip in a circular motion.
6. Sit in a comfortable position for 15 minutes for absorption for maximum effectiveness.
