Description

Vitamin C 1000mg Tablets are chewable, which means they are easier to consume and tasty too. Alongside a healthy immune system, Vitamin C also contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative damage.

DIRECTION TO USE

  • Adults and children over 12 years of age, one tablet daily with food, preferably in the morning.
  • Adults can increase up to three tablets daily if required. 
  • Tablets can be sucked, chewed or swallowed whole.

SIDE EFFECTS

  • Too much Vitamin C may cause an upset stomach for sensitive individuals.
