Sentinel Balance B 100 50 Tablets

Sentinel Balanced B Tablets are good for brain functioning. This product is a combination of B vitamins used to treat or prevent vitamin deficiency due to poor diet, certain illnesses, alcoholism, or during pregnancy. Vitamins are important building blocks of the body and help keep you in good health. B vitamins include thiamine, riboflavin, niacin/niacinamide, vitamin B6,  vitamin B12, folic acid, and pantothenic acid.

Direction for use: 

As a dietary supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.

Side effects:

High doses of vitamin B-12, such as those used to treat a deficiency, might cause: Headache. Nausea and vomiting.
