A moisturising nose oil spray with Sesame oil, Vitamin E, Eucalyptus and Menthol, Lubricates dry nasal tissue, Reduces nasal irritation and itching

Directions to use

Adults and children over 12 years: 1 to 3 sprays in each nostril 3 times daily or as needed. Before first use, pump the spray until a squirt of oil is seen. Insert tip of pump gently in nostril and pump 1 to 3 times while inhaling. Repeat in other nostril.
