Omega-3 is a rich source of eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), essential polyunsaturates. SIDE EFFECTS

  • Children over 6 years one capsule daily; adults and children over 12 years one to three capsules daily.
