It's essential to cleanse thoroughly to remove any impurities that could potentially irritate sensitive skin. Squeeze a small amount of Bioderma Sensibio Defensive Rich Cream onto your fingertips. The amount needed can vary, but start with a pea-sized amount for the face and neck. Warm the cream between your fingertips. Gently apply the cream to your face and neck using light, circular motions. Focus on areas that tend to be drier or more sensitive, ensuring even coverage. Massage the cream into your skin gently until it is fully absorbed. Allow the cream to penetrate into your skin for optimal hydration and comfort. Use the cream once or twice daily, preferably in the morning and/or evening, as part of your skincare routine.
